I am a passionate home cook with formal gastronomy training completed in 2015, along with additional culinary coursework focused on ingredient pairing, food safety, and international cuisine techniques. Over the past decade, I’ve dedicated myself to studying cooking methods, testing recipes, and exploring global flavors.

My cooking journey began in my grandmother’s kitchen, where I learned that food is more than nourishment — it’s memory, culture, and connection. That early experience shaped my approach to cooking: simple foundations elevated with thoughtful technique and creativity.
